Building permits and new inputs for construction projects in Lichtenberg in October 2023

In October 2023, three new entrances for preliminary notices for construction projects over 1 million euros were recorded in the Lichtenberg district office. A new attic for residential purposes is to be built in Eitelstraße 16 (Rummelburg). Likewise, an increase around a full floor and the construction of a new attic for residential purposes in Eitelstraße 10a (Rummelburg) is planned. at the same time, three applications for a building permit over 1 million euros were received in the Lichtenberg district office. Hauptstraße 44 (Alt-Hohenschönhausen) is planning the restoration and modernization of the Hohenschönhausen estate. The construction of a residential building with seven car parking spaces and 98 residential units is planned at Frankfurter Allee 273 (Rummelburg). In addition, an apartment building with eight residential units is to be built in Neuwieder Straße 80 (Karlshorst).

In October, five building permits were also granted. Balcony renovations are planned at Pablo-Picasso-Straße 13 (Neu-Hohenschönhausen). Bennostraße 22 (Alt-Hohenschönhausen) receives the new construction of three apartment buildings with 18 residential units. In the eastern part of Konrad-Wolf-Straße 45 (Alt-Hohenschönhausen), the new construction of residential buildings and a daycare center (36 places) is to take place, with a total of 433 residential units. Furthermore, the new construction of four residential buildings (with trade) and 158 residential units at Lückstraße 33 (Rummelburg) and the construction of a new residential building with 21 residential units at Kaskelstraße 36/38 (Rummelburg) are planned.
