In October 2023, three new entrances for preliminary notices for construction projects over 1 million euros were recorded in the Lichtenberg district office. In the eastern part of Konrad-Wolf-Straße 45 (Alt-Hohenschönhausen), the new construction of residential buildings and a daycare center (36 places) is to take place, with a total of 433 residential units.
