The outlets include a café, two bistros and a restaurant with a total of 64 guest rooms and 6 event and seminar rooms. As a team leader of the outlets, you are responsible for strategic planning and annual planning in consultation with F&B Manager. You are the host and first contact for the guests and take care of their satisfaction. They also monitor the quality of the products and services and implement opportunities for improvement. Her tasks also include ordering food and drinks as well as the control of the delivered goods.
