In Berlin-Spandau wird neuer Wohnraum für geflüchtete Menschen geschaffen. Die kommunale Wohnungsbaugesellschaft WBM hat kürzlich das Richtfest für 128 Wohnungen am Askanierring gefeiert. Gemäß den Angaben des Unternehmens entstehen im Rahmen des Projekts Ein- bis Fünf-Zimmer-Wohnungen mit einer Größe von 35 bis 100 Quadratmetern. Hiervon sollen 65 barrierefrei gestaltet werden.
