Lars Stage, Managing Director of Hörpartner GmbH, explains: "Good listening to hearing aids is always individual. The most expensive device is only as good as it is adapted for its carrier. Many customers who come to a specialty shop for the first time are not aware of it at all. They believe that they are simply put in the ear and can then hear them perfectly again. Industry has been promoting customers for many years.

In order to make their customers' craftsmanship and the quality of their care, the hearing partners have opted for an unconventional advertising campaign. Under the title "Listening comes from skills" and with a specially created image world, the focus is above all the company's manual skills. The campaign motifs show hands in typical activities in the specialist shop and in the care of customers. From hearing tests with the latest technology to the production of earprints to the programming of the hearing aids - all of these tasks that decide on the success of a hearing aid adjustment were staged in their own image world. The idea of ​​developing and implementing the motifs came about in cooperation between creative and hearing acoustics. In the pictures, it was deliberately not used to use professional models. All people depicted are employees or customers of the company.

The many positive feedback since the new motives were published show that our approach is received by customers."
