The highly contemplative honeybeien disease American lazy brood has been again found in a beehive in Berlin-Mitte. The district councilor of Mitte, Almut Neumann (Greens), announced on Friday.

In order to prevent further spread, animal disease measures were immediately initiated. This also includes the establishment of a blocking district within a radius of one kilometer for epidemic in Berlin-Mitte. This blocking district applies to all honey bee owners.
