But an attentive weather expert has now directed a surprise that comes unexpectedly for many - winter time. While most of us still long for cool refreshments, meteorologist Dominik Jung has published his calculations that could spoil good mood.

On Sunday, September 8th, the Berlin and Brandenburgers can sit in the sun for the last time and enjoy the warm temperatures. But Monday already brings a sharp change in the weather: the temperatures fall quickly and autumn announce itself with all its might. The cool season is like an uninvited guest before the summer, which suddenly belongs to the past.

The change to the cold season

But that's not all - in some regions the way towards winter could even begin earlier than many love. In an informative video on YouTube, meteorologist Jung explained that the cold temperatures in combination with the first rainfall could take us into the frosty realm of winter. This would be particularly unusual for a September and ensures that many are concerned.

"This is how it could look like on Thursday and Friday," says Jung, with a view to a snow -capped alpine pasture. He mentions that the cool temperatures with a little luck could still be suitable for summer clothing. The question arises: should we already have our winter jackets and snow pants ready? However, the answer to this is a little more calming. Jung also reports that the snow is expected primarily in the southern regions of Germany and will not necessarily fall in Berlin or Brandenburg. There could be temperatures below 20 degrees, which is cool, but not yet wintry.

The excitement around the weather forecast shows how much we cling to the summer and how difficult it is to say goodbye to warm days. While we treat ourselves to the last rays of the sun, it is advisable to slowly adjust to the upcoming coolness. Even if there will be no snowfall in the capital for the time being, it is important to gradually exchange the summer wardrobe for winter things, as autumn is inevitable at the door.

Jung closes with a smile while he shows in short pants and T-shirt how absurd the thought of winter clothing may appear in August. Nevertheless, it becomes clear that the winter temperatures are not far away. Nature cannot be fooled, and even if summer is still hugging us, the signs of change are clearly visible. It is time to prepare the wardrobe and adjust to a new season.
