Green week 2025: Flowers, animals and a lot of passion in Berlin!

Berlin is ready for the 89. International Green Week , which opens its goals on Friday, January 17, 2025. Despite the mouth and claw disease, the fair will offer an animal-friendly experience, even if the cows are made of plastic. The event, which is considered a leading trade fair for nutrition, agriculture and horticulture, will present numerous exhibitors from all over the world for ten days. The flower hall is always a crowd puller and this year is under the motto "Blütenkiez Berlin". Over 3,000 square meters are decorated with colorful plants and an idyllic stream. The Green Week takes place daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended opening times on Friday, January 24th, until 8 p.m. The ticket prices vary: A day ticket costs 16 euros (reduced 11 euros), while family cards cost 35 euros for max. 2 adults and 3 children. Another highlight of the fair is the Brandenburg day on January 20, at which Prime Minister Dietmar Woidke will introduce the local tradition products to visitors. Whether cucumbers from the Spreewald or the famous Beelitz asparagus, the event promises an exciting discovery of regional delicacies.
