Foxes Berlin dominate HSG Wetzlar with 34:25 - Wiede shines!

In an imposing showdown, the Füchse Berlin defeat HSG Wetzlar with 34:25 and celebrate their third victory in the fourth game of the Daikin Handball Bundesliga. The Berlin offensive machinery, led by stars such as Gidsel, Andersson and Freihöfer, once again demonstrated their danger of goal and sent 20 goals into the net in the first half. The defense was particularly impressive, which showed an unprecedented performance with only 11 goals before half -time and thus clearly undercut the previous average of 35 goals.

The highlight of the game was the spectacular goal of the day of Fabian Wiede: In the 52nd minute, the international took a phenomenal jump throw and scored 32:23 with a backhand shot. In addition, this game was the first under the new captain Max Darj, who took responsibility after Paul Drux's serious injury-a great honor for the 33-year-old.
