family service office extends its advisory offer in Kreuzberg
On September 24, 2024, the family service office begins with a new, mobile advisory service in the family center Adalbertstraße in Berlin. This offer will be available every fourth Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and should support families in the region.
The decision to introduce this offer comes at a time when many families face challenges. Whether it is about financial support, the right to parental allowance or the recognition of paternity - the topics are diverse and affect numerous Berlin families. The free advisory format aims to specifically help people in difficult life situations and to offer them important information.
It is particularly noteworthy that the consultations can take place without prior registration. This facilitates access to advice and helps to reduce inhibitions. The Komşu-Keller also introduces a team of district mothers to offer advice every Monday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
