Bundestag approves 5 million for the renovation of the Bethanien art district

Huge success for the Kunstquartier Bethanien: The Bundestag has released a dizzying five million euros for sustainable and historical renovation! A variant -rich cultural site that has established itself as a lighthouse for art, socio -culture and community for over 170 years is now facing a golden future!

The decision was made at the meeting of the budget committee on Wednesday and offers a breath of fresh air for the historic building on Mariannenplatz in Kreuzberg. Financed by the “Kulturinvest 2024” program, which supports significant cultural initiatives across Germany, this money is used for urgently needed renovation measures.
