Shock in Berlin: Police proceeds against brutal shooting on Mehringplatz
In a dramatic deployment, over 140 police force Berlin searched four apartments in Kreuzberg, Neukölln and Gropiusstadt this morning. These measures are related to the investigation into a dangerous bodily harm, which was triggered on May 1, 2025 at Mehringplatz. During a discussion between two groups, several shots were fired from a vehicle around 8 p.m. Two men, 19 and 21 years old, were injured - the younger one suffered a wound of the leg on the leg, the older one a stab wound on the thigh and had to be treated in the hospital.
The officials found a number of evidence among the suspects, 48, 27 and 22 years old, including alleged crime clothing, mobile phones, a PTB weapon and cocaine. The investigation, including the analysis of the ensured objects, is in full swing and promise other exciting revelations.
