Fondue hut is transformed into Sommeralm: grill, wine and readings!

Alt-Stralau, Berlin, Deutschland - The "Black Heidi" restaurant in Berlin is very popular and is known for its Swiss cuisine, which is led by the talented Jeniffer Mulinde Schmid. In addition to traditional dishes such as Röschtis and cheese spaetzle, the restaurant also offers Schwapas, a delicious way of Swiss tapas. Berlin Live reports that the "Schwarze Heidi" has two locations in the city: one in Mariannstrasse in Kreuzberg and another in Alt-Stralau, Friedrichshain.

From the end of April 2023, however, the concept will be changed in the Fondue hut in Alt-Stralau. Instead of the popular fondue that goes into the summer break, the fondue hut is temporarily adopted by "capital flood". This transformation provides for the conversion to a Sommeralm in which guests can look forward to a wine and grill experience. Jeniffer Mulinde Schmid, who drives her career as a comedian during the summer months, will occasionally stop by the fondue hut, but will no longer be active as a gastronomist.
