Financial support for valuable joint projects in Mitte: Foundations offer funding opportunities

The district mayor of Mitte, Stefanie Remlinger, has recently provided information on the various foundations of the Mitte district of Berlin. These foundations, including the "District Mayor Erika Heß", the "Conrad Foundation Bürger* für Mitte" and the "Wolfgang-Lammers Foundation", offer financial support for projects and people who are intended to strengthen and enrich the community.

The Conrad Foundation Citizens* for Mitte supports projects that promote the common good in the areas of environmental and nature conservation, equality, tolerance and international understanding. Applications can be submitted by all citizens of the middle district and include a funding amount of up to € 10,000.

The Wolfgang Lammers Foundation focuses on non-profit purposes in youth and elderly care as well as in welfare. In particular, people in need should be supported. In this case too, all citizens of the center can submit applications, whereby the funding amount is up to € 5,000.

The Erika Heß Foundation is devoted to children and adolescents as well as people in need through no fault of their own. Furthermore, projects that require start -up financing are funded. Applications can be submitted by all citizens of the center of the district, although the funding amount is also up to € 5,000.

The district office Mitte invites all interested citizens to make the right application for their concerns and emphasize that multiple applications are excluded. The applications should be fully completed and signed to the Mitte, SPK 2, Müllerstraße 146, 13353 Berlin. It is asked to check the completeness of the documents.
