Fire brigade extinguishes burning junk on Prinzenstrasse - suspected arson

Yesterday evening there was a fire in a house run in Prinzenstrasse in Kreuzberg. The fire brigade had to extinguish burning junk, the plaster of the building was damaged. Fortunately, nobody was injured. The Berlin police are investigating and currently assuming arson. A little later, another small fire occurred in nearby Luckauer Straße, here too it is assumed that arson was assumed.

The Prinzenstraße is located in the Kreuzberg-Friedrichshain district and is a busy street with many shops, restaurants and residential buildings. The district is known for its cultural diversity and is often referred to as an alternative neighborhood. Kreuzberg attracts many tourists and has an active art and music scene. The Prinzenstraße itself is part of cultural life in Kreuzberg and offers numerous shops and leisure activities.
