Ceremonial opening of the new citizenship in the Staaken Center
The new citizens' office in the Staaken Center will open in a solemn ceremony on September 4, 2024. This project was promoted through an intensive planning and construction process and has the goal of offering the citizens a central and modern starting point for their concerns. The opening is not only a gratifying development for the Spandau district, but also for all of Berlin, since the citizens' office should contribute to relieving the existing administrative offices.
The ruling mayor of Berlin, Kai Wegner, who will take part in the opening ceremony together with other guests of honor, is particularly welcomed. With this initiative, an important step to improve civil services in the capital is taken by simplifying and modernizing access to services.
