<P> V současném návrhu rozpočtu na nadcházející roky je v Německu dobrá zpráva pro provoz a stavbu. Konstrukci kabinetu stanoví, že se lze vyhnout škrty v oblasti infrastruktury. Přesto však stále existuje prostor pro vylepšení a další investice. </p>
<H2> Provoz a infrastruktura </h2>
<p> Zkušenosti během mistrovství Evropy ukázaly, že německá infrastruktura, zejména železniční síť, je vystavena mezinárodní kritice. Za účelem splnění požadavků průmyslové země je nezbytná silná infrastruktura. To znamená dobře vyvinuté silnice a spolehlivá železniční síť. Navzdory plánu na obrat v provozu se očekává, že se nákladní doprava na ulici bude i nadále zvyšovat až do konce 20. let. <P> Je potěšující, že blížící se škrty by mohly být odvráceny v rámci rozpočtových konzultací a jsou k dispozici další finanční prostředky k dokončení probíhajících projektů. To je dobrá zpráva pro společnosti ve výstavbě infrastruktury. Prostředky pro Autobahn GmbH však nestačí k dohnání infrastruktury. Roky opotřebení vedly k mostům a ulicím, které potřebují opravu. K tomu je nutné další investice. Je důležité vyvinout konkrétní plány pro budoucí projekty, aby bylo zajištěno rozšíření dálnice. </p>
<p> Problém Evropského šampionátu také ukázal, že železniční infrastruktura je naléhavě modernizována a rozšířena. Nerušená železniční síť je zásadní pro hladký přepravu zboží a lidí. K udržení a další rozšíření stávající sítě je nutná komplexní investiční strategie. </p>
<H2> Housová konstrukce </h2>
<p> Návrh rozpočtu také stanoví zvýšení finančních prostředků na sociální bydlení. Toto je pozitivní krok k opravě nerovnováhy v oblasti bydlení. Samotné zamýšlené střední nárůst však nebude do konce roku 2023 dostatečné k tomu, aby dohnal mezeru 100 000 chybějících stavebních povolení. K posílení výstavby bydlení je nezbytná jednotná strategie federální vlády, která zahrnuje všechna postižená ministerstva. </p>
<P> Je důležité, aby financování koordinovalo s jinými opatřeními, aby se zabránilo nákladným stavebním projektům. Proto by byla žádoucí jednotná a koordinovaná konečná ofenzíva pro bydlení. </p>
<P> Celkově návrh rozpočtu nabízí nové příležitosti pro provoz a stavbu v Německu. Je důležité efektivně používat prostředky k zajištění pevné infrastruktury a dostupného obytného prostoru. </p></section>
