In the coming week, parents who rely on support from the parental allowance office of the Reinickendorf district office will have to forego personal advice on site. The parental allowance employees will only process existing applications from 09.09.2024 to 13.09.2024 and therefore do not exercise any further dates. This means that neither telephone nor open office hours are offered during this time.

Despite this temporary restriction, the parental allowance office will remain available via email at parentfeld@reinickendorf.berlin.de. Any inquiries or concerns can thus be forwarded in writing.

The regular office hours will take place as usual from Monday, September 16, 2024. For parents who prefer personal advice, the following times must be observed: Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the town hall in Reinickendorf, 2. floor, room 283 - 293. In addition, there is a possibility of a telephone consultation on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
