Voluntary decision -makers wanted: arbitrators for Kreuzberg!

The district office Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg of Berlin announces that it is currently looking for the position of an arbitrator in the Kreuzberg district. This important role includes the implementation of arbitration procedures in civil matters and the processing of certain crimes.

The tasks of the arbitrators include the arbitration of bourgeois legal disputes, especially in property law issues. In addition, they are also responsible for clarification of non -wealthy claims that intervene in the personal honor of citizens, as well as selected criminal cases.

In order to apply for this voluntary work, the interested parties must meet some requirements. You should be at least 30 years and a maximum of 70 years old, have your place of residence in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district and must not have a judicial order that limits your financial disposal.
