The process in which the former director Patricia Schlesinger against Radio Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) is released without notice was postponed by the RBB to January 15, 2025. The process was originally supposed to begin on November 20, 2024. This postponement was confirmed by the regional court in Berlin at the request of RBB24 research. The RBB has not commented on the ongoing procedures.

The 62-year-old calls for a pension based on the end of their ended contract. According to this contract, you should also pay money from the RBB in the amount of up to 78 percent of its basic salary after the termination of the employment relationship and before retirement.

In another procedure, the Berlin State Labor Court denied the right to such a retirement allowance if the applicant had committed serious injuries to her duties.

The retirement contracts were made public for the first time by the ARD magazine.

In turn, the broadcaster submitted a counter -action in response to the Schlesinger complaint and, among other things, calls for the repayment of variable remuneration, the so -called bonuses. The district court had estimated this claim in an earlier announcement at around 270,000 euros.
