Bývalý ředitel RBB vyžaduje příspěvek na odchod do důchodu: zahájení soudního řízení o kontroverzním případu

<H2> Okresní soud Berlín: Proces Schlesinger odložil </h2>
<P> Proces, ve kterém bývalá ředitelka Patricia Schlesinger proti Radio Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB) je propuštěna bez předchozího upozornění, byl odložen RBB do 15. ledna 2025. Proces měl původně začít 20. listopadu 2024. Tento odklad byl potvrzen regionálním soudem v Berlínu v Berlínu v Berlínu v Berlínu v Berlínu. RBB nekomentovala probíhající postupy. </p>
<p> 62letý žádá o důchod na základě konce jejich ukončené smlouvy. Podle této smlouvy byste také měli platit peníze z RBB ve výši až 78 procent základního platu po ukončení pracovního vztahu a před odchodem do důchodu.
<P> V jiném postupu Berlínský státní pracovní soud zamítl právo na takový příspěvek na odchod do důchodu, pokud se žadatel dopustil vážných zranění jejích povinností. </p><div class="adbox medium_rectangle">

<P> Smlouvy o důchodovém odchodu byly poprvé zveřejněny časopisem ARD. </p>
<p> Zase vysílač předložil proti stížnosti na Schlesinger protiútok a mimo jiné vyžaduje splácení variabilní odměny, bonusy s výzvou SO. Okresní soud odhadl tento nárok v předchozím oznámení kolem 270 000 EUR. </p>
<p> Proti bývalému řediteli RBB, vyšetřuje úřad generálního zastupitelství v Berlíně, mimo jiné o podezření z nevěry. </p>
<p> Odložený proces Patricie Schlesinger a RBB zdůrazňuje význam právních smluv v pracovním prostředí. Otázka požadavků zaměstnanců a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů je v dnešním pracovním světě důležitým tématem. </p>
