The popular smartphone consultation hour organized by the Volkssolidarity and the CJD Berlin-Brandenburg is aimed especially at older people and citizens who have little experience with the Internet. The meetings take place in the multi-generation house "Perle-Treff" at the Großer Markt 12 and offer support to better master the challenges of the digital world.

This initiative is particularly important in times when digital skills are increasingly necessary to cope in everyday life. A variety of support offers

The individual consultations in the smartphone consultation take place on Monday and Tuesday morning. Here the experienced consultant Andreas Meißner is at the side of the participants to clarify individual questions. At the same time, a group offer from Manfred Neumann is offered every Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. This combination of individual and group consultations enables a wide variety of learning styles and needs.
