This year a specialist jury has nominated six outstanding projects that have both innovative engineering solutions and a high design quality.

The award ceremony will take place on November 28, 2024 in Berlin, in the presence of Federal Minister of Building Klara Geywitz. The German engineering price is endowed with 30,000 euros. In addition, further awards of 4,000 euros each are awarded and a special youth price that is rewarded with 10,000 euros. The consideration of the next generation of engineers by the young price emphasizes the importance of promoting young talents and could represent a turning point in the engineering landscape.
