The Panke Parcours Festival: Art, Culture & Rubber Centers on September 7 along the Panke!

On September 7, 2024, the Wedding will again become the center of the musical and cultural diversity of Berlin, because the Panke Parcours Festival again opens its gates along the Panke. This year's event promises a wide range of live music, creative workshops, delicious street food and entertaining program items for young and old.

Visitors can look forward to eight different stages along the river bank, which with a mixture of live music and DJ sets create a good atmosphere. Bands such as "Bianca Ciocca & the Gang" and "Fiffy Flash" promise electronic sounds and dreamy industrial skirt, while "Tusco" with Italian rap provides variety. The creative market on Gotenburger Straße also attracts with over 40 exhibitors from the areas of screen printing, photography, fashion and more.

A highlight of the festival is the popular rubber dent race on the Panke, in which the small ducks start at 5:00 p.m. from the Soldin Bridge to an exciting betting swimming. The proceeds from the sponsorship benefit local traders who provide attractive prices for the winning ducks.

For the youngest visitors there is an extensive children's program on the hedgehog with a climbing tower, bouncy castle, clown show and much more. An upcycling workshop also invites you to make musical instruments from everyday objects and to develop your own creativity.

The Panke Parcours Festival also offers numerous hands-on activities, tours and information stands along the river bank, which offer insights into topics such as climate protection, democracy, handicrafts and much more. A final highlight forms the party in the project room25 with live jazz and DJ sets until night.

The festival is organized by the district office Mitte from Berlin in cooperation with Visitberlin and funded by the Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Companies.
