Weekly markets were brought forward: Maundy Thursday instead of Good Friday

on Good Friday, March 29, 2024, the weekly markets on Eberbacher Strasse, Nestorstraße, at Klausenerplatz and on the Prussian avenue are canceled. In order to enable citizens to buy at the weekly markets, these markets are instead placed on Maundy Thursday, March 28, 2024. On this day, eight urban weekly markets are available to the residents in the district.

The laid markets on March 28, 2024 are open as follows:
- Charlottenbrunner Straße: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Eberbacher Strasse: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Fehrbelliner Platz: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Klausenerplatz: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Bundesplatz: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Nestorstrasse: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Prussia avenue: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
-Richard-Wagner-Platz: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This measure serves to give the residents the opportunity to acquire fresh food on the weekly markets on public holidays. The relocation of the markets is intended to ensure that the supply of regional products is guaranteed and the markets can continue to be used across the municipality.
