SBNE presents: Living Bach - Film & Talk #2030 on June 7, 2024
The Bildungs for Sustainable Development (SBNE) of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district office invites you to a special film evening under the title "Film & Talk #2030" on Friday, June 7, 2024 at 6 p.m. Anna Neuhaus's documentary “Living Bach” is shown in the Delphi Lux cinema. The film takes the audience on a journey around the world to discover the passion and solidarity of over 300 Bach choirs and ensembles to Johann Sebastian Bach and his work. Fascinating relationships with Bach's music and the preparations for the Leipzig Bachfest are shown.
To get the evening in the evening, Peter Schwarz will perform by the Chamber Choir of the Musikschule City West together with choir director Viola Escher. Following the film screening, a conversation with the director Anna Neuhaus and choir director Viola Escher will take place. The subject of the discussion will be the power of music, peace and international understanding.
The event is a cooperation between the SBNE of the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf with the Delphi Lux and the Berlin State Center for Political Education.
