New office hours in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf from April 22, 2024

The office hours in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf Citizens' Office will be changed from April 22, 2024. The Bürgeramt Heerstraße and Wilmersdorfer Straße will be open on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Hohenzollerndamm Citizens' Office is open on Mondays from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

It is emphasized that only customers can be served with an appointment in the citizens' offices. In urgent emergencies, citizens can contact the information counter of the citizens' offices or by telephone to the emergency hotline under number (030) 9029-15036. Customers who book an appointment on the Internet are asked to select only services in which a personal discussion is necessary, such as passport and ID card matters and driving license matters.

Services such as the application for residential parking cards, housing registrations, registration certificates, registration registrations, registration information and blocking of registration registrations, object of objects against data transmission and exemption from the obligation to identify can also be applied for digitally, by email or by post.
