Jazz and literature: Reading in the Ingeborg Bachmann library

An evening full of living words and groovy beats! On Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 7 p.m. , the Ingeborg-Bachmann library opens its goals to a unique experience-a reading with jazz accompaniment that will make the hearts of literature and music lovers beat faster.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the 1920s! The talented Stella Maria Adorf will bring masterpieces by renowned authors such as W. Koeppen, E. Lasker-Schüler, K. Tucholsky and many others on the subject of "Romanesque café in the 1920s". The words will merge in perfect harmony with the rhythms of “Art of Jazz”, a quartet that does not leave a stone on the other!

Also there are the brilliant musicians Christof Griese, who conjures up with his saxophone and the flute, Tal Balshai on the piano, Horst Nonnenmacher on the bass and Leon Griese on the drums!
