11. Integration price 2024: Together for an inclusive society

The annual integration office of the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district office calls enthusiastic citizens to submit suggestions for the 2024 integration price. In the period from Friday, July 19, 2024, until Friday, September 27, 2024, everyone interested has the opportunity to suggest their candidate online: to propose inside.

The integration price recognizes people and groups who are committed to the equal or voluntary basis for the equal participation of people with a migration background and promote intercultural cooperation. With this price, your outstanding contribution to integration and social cohesion should be recognized.

The award is awarded both to individuals and groups, the work of which has a noticeable influence on living together in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The price is 250 euros for the individual category and 750 euros for the group category.

The ceremonial awarding of the integration price will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in the Charlottenburg town hall, to match the international day of migrants: inside. This day serves as a symbolic recognition for the diversity and enrichment, which can arise from cultural exchange.
