In a dramatic incident, a 29-year-old driver was arrested yesterday afternoon in Schöneberg after several weapons were discovered during a traffic control. Around 2:45 p.m., police officers stopped the man on Potsdamer Strasse and checked his documents. It turned out that his foreign driver's license and his proof of identity may have been fake.

A search of the driver revealed a sharp pistol including ammunition, while a knife and a pepper spray gun with replacement cartridges were found in the vehicle. The suspect was arrested immediately and brought into police custody. The investigation into forgery of documents and violations of the weapons law are still ongoing.
