Construction work in Berlin: Traffic collapse threatens from Friday!
drivers in Berlin have to adapt to massive traffic disruptions! From this evening, 6 p.m., Heerstraße between Gatower Straße and Wilhelmstrasse will be closed to comprehensive renovation work until October 14, 5 a.m. The Spandauer Traffic City Councilor Thorsten Schatz (CDU) announced that the work limits traffic at short notice, but in the long term promise a new, resistant lane cover.
But that's not all! Large construction sites are currently currently running on the A115 and A103. On the A115, which will continue until the third quarter of 2026, traffic is already being led over the outer traces. On the A103, drivers have to prepare for further restrictions by the end of October, in particular at the Sachssendamm junction and around Schönhauser Allee. The renovation work on Wuhletalstrasse in Marzahn-Hellersdorf also ensures traffic jams and inconvenience. If you are traveling in Berlin, you should better plan a detour!
