In the course of the planned construction work on Wilhelmsruher See, visitors and residents are facing further restrictions in the nearby green area and the adjacent roads due to necessary measures. With the beginning of the bank renovation work in the first week of September, the parking path around Wilhelmsruher See is closed to public access. As a result, the playground north will temporarily be inaccessible, during the southern parking access via the Siegfried-Baruch-Weg and the eastern access via the Heegermühler Weg remain mostly open.

The closure of the western parking access via Tollerstrasse and the entrance area with the open space remain during the entire construction period. These areas serve as a construction site facility area and are therefore not accessible to the public. In order to ensure the smooth transport and removal of building materials, the no-stop zones on Hertzstraße and Tollerstraße were set up, which apply from Monday to Friday.
