The current crisis in the construction industry also has an impact on planning for the new district of Krampnitz. The real estate group Vonovia is building fewer apartments than originally planned. Instead of 1800 residential units, only 1450 apartments are built. For this, Wohnen takes over the development of the city square OST in Krampnitz GmbH (WIK). This is a subsidiary of German living by Vonovia. In consultation with the city of Potsdam and the development agency Potsdam (ETP), the bacon plans were implemented.
