The former SWR presenter Helen Fares reacted to Instagram to her expulsion on the public broadcaster and the accusations of anti-Semitism. In a video on her profile, the 29-year-old emphasizes that the boycott of products from companies that support Israel is not anti-Semitic. She argues that this measure serves to put pressure on the Israeli government in order to change its behavior in the Middle East conflict. Fares also emphasizes that many Jewish people support this boycott culture that occurs for peace, solidarity and protection.

The former moderator criticizes the SWR not to have responded to the right letters and claims for her release.
