Unique culinary experiences at "Amex Life on: A Culinary Quest" in Cologne and Berlin

The popular series of events "Amex Life On: A Culinary Quest" from American Express® goes into the next round. After a successful start in Hamburg, food lovers can now also enjoy unique culinary experiences in Cologne and Berlin.

The culinary journey begins on August 23, 2024 in the design hotel "The Qvest" in Cologne, where the Australian guest cook Ellie Bouhadana takes the participants into the world of their merger kitchen. Ellie Bouhadana combines traditional techniques with seasonal ingredients and is inspired by her Sephardic-Moroccan and Ashkenazic roots. The participants have the opportunity to learn from them how lemons are preserved according to their grandparents' prescription and discovering typical herbs and spices in a market setting. The highlight of the experience is an exclusive dinner in which the guests enjoy Ellie's cuisine.

The final event of the series will take place in Berlin on September 11, 2024 in the "Wilmina" hotel. Here the founders of the Amsterdam creative studios of Oficina, Zana Josipovic and Naiara Sabandar present their unique philosophy of the food design. Oficina offers high -quality products and transforms Essen into a captivating multi -sensory experience. On this culinary journey, the participants are spoiled with an olfactory experience of the fragrance designers of Team Ryoko and a ceremonial curation of Japanese teas. A visual dinner installation and an amuse bouche round off the experience.

The "Amex Life On: A Culinary Quest" Event series is part of the AMEX on event series that creates special moments in the areas of art, music, culinary, travel and fashion. American Express enables unforgettable experiences with inspiring partners.

In order to take part in the events, interested people have to book a room in one of the two design hotels. The booking for "The Qvest" is already possible and the booking for the "Wilmina" Hotel starts on August 20, 2024. American Express card holders have the opportunity to book a room via the Amex Experiences app.
