In a new partnership, the Viactiv Krankenkasse and the German Hockey Association (DHB) will continue to advance their common goals in the areas of health, prevention and education. With the focus on a healthy hockey community, you want to be the first point of contact for all health questions.

"We agree that we will go into the next season. Our joint actions and projects are worth continuing," explains Viactiv board member Markus Müller. Already at the Eurohockey Championships 2023 in Mönchengladbach and the Hallen European Championships in Berlin, numerous players and sports enthusiasts were able to benefit from the joint activities.

The continuation of the partnership will produce exciting offers and interesting stories that are supposed to inspire both hockey fans and generally interested parties for physical and mental health. Particular attention is paid to the prevention of interpersonal and sexualized violence. In addition, stress -related problems and their coping as well as reconnaissance campaigns, for example on the subject of travel protection, are further expanded.

Julien Keibel, Commercial CEO of the DHB, is pleased about the continuation of the cooperation: "The visibility of our health partner at our national team remains a central component and thus focuses on health issues in the focus of the hockey community."

In addition to the continuation of the partnership, there are already two outstanding hockey events in the coming year: the FIH Hockey Pro League in Berlin and the home European Championship in Mönchengladbach. For these events, too, the Viactiv will have exciting offers for hockey fans.
