The crime scenes are said to have been underground car parks of a four-star hotel in Wilmersdorf and the shopping center on Potsdamer Platz. A Mercedes AMG was used as the crime tool. The indictment reports of an incident in which a man was lured into a trap by a complicated accomplice in love with him during a walk at the zoo and then tortured in a hotel room. He was added to ten blows on the left knee with a truck and slaps for an hour. On February 7, 2023, the man is said to have been sprayed and raped with a "criminal action" with a red color.

The process continues on Thursday when the four defendants are commented on the allegations. The judgment is expected on August 28th.
