The Islamic Cultural Association Emir Sultan e.V. recently broke the fasting as part of the Ramadan together with 30 guests from politics, administration and non -profit organizations. Fasting in Ramadan stands for inner contemplation and cleaning of the heart and soul. Muslims use this month to think of the needy and volunteer. During the Ramadan there is a daily fasting from sunrise to sunset, with the Iftar dinner being dinner together to break the fast.
