Professional orientation fair inspires young people with diverse offers
The district mayor Jörn Oltmann ceremoniously opened an event as patron, in which young people were able to playfully collect the first impressions of the diverse training opportunities. Companies offered various activities such as color mixing, reaction walls, beat hearts out of slate boards or set skill games with a mini excavator to draw the students aware of themselves. The district councilors Tobias Dollase and Oliver Schworck were also present.
Ms. Kiziltepe, the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti -Discrimination of the State of Berlin, as well as Mr. Lewald, CEO of the South Employment Agency, emphasized the importance of well -founded training for the future professional career. When visiting the exhibition stands there was a lively exchange between politics and companies.
Such events are important in order to provide young people at an early stage in different professional fields and to support them in choosing their career. In times of shortage of skilled workers and demographic change, it is crucial that young people can get to know the diverse training opportunities and make a well -founded decision for their future.
It is encouraging that politics, companies and educational institutions work together in order to make it easier for young people to access training positions and to emphasize the importance of good training. Such measures can strengthen the regional economy and improve the future prospects of young people.
