Berlin, July 5, 2024 - an important financial injection of one million euros for the Schöneberg town hall causes a sensation in the community. The district councilor for urban development and facility management, Eva Majewski, is pleased with the generous support for the renovation of the foyer in the historic building complex.

initiative

The funds come from the Funding Program monument protection special program XIII, which was equipped with a total of 47.5 million euros by the budget committee. A total of over 500 project applications with a total volume of around 202 million euros were submitted, of which 472 applications were classified as eligible. Due to the high demand, a selection had to be made in which the Schöneberg town hall was given a funding of over one million euros.
