Pumpkin joys for Reinickendorfer Seniors: Free excursion to the spectacle!

A very special spectacle announces itself in Berlin-Brandenburg! Under the fantastic motto "Flames, sparks, pumpkin fire", the Spargelhof Klaistow becomes a stage for the largest pumpkin exhibition in the region. On November 8, 2024, district mayor Emine Demirbüken-Wegner (CDU) will invite the elderly from Reinickendorf in particular to take part in this autumn experience for free.

Imagine a day full of colors and taste: over 100,000 pumpkins from 500 different types are a breathtaking pumpkin pyramid! "A colorful day full of pumpkin is awaited you!" Is enthusiastic about the mayor and calls for quick registration, because the places are in great demand and the contingents are limited. And best of all: guests can expect a real pumpkin gap, with specialties such as filled pumpkin and delicious pumpkin lasagna!

Free bus excursion for seniors

The invitation is clear: senior citizens who receive basic security can enjoy this special excursion free of charge. But an important detail must be observed: When registering, the basic security notice should be brought with you so that the authorization can be confirmed quickly and easily.
