Propalestinian demonstration attracts hundreds of participants in Berlin-Kreuzberg
On Thursday evening, hundreds of people gathered to a propalestinian demonstration in Berlin-Kreuzberg. The police estimated the number of participants at around 600 and initially there were no incidents. Some participants wore Palestine flags and called "Free Palestine". The demonstration started on Oranienplatz and was supposed to move to Neukölln.

In addition to the demonstrations and visiting the Turkish president, Berlin is also influenced by the Covid 19 restrictions and current political discussions. The city goes through a phase of social, political and cultural change, which is shown in different social movements and rallies. No matter which political point of view is represented, it is important that the demonstrations are peaceful and respectful towards everyone involved in order to ensure security and social peace in the city.
