Experience cinema for the soul: Radical - a class of yourself in Berlin!

Delphi Lux, Berlin, Deutschland - On Friday, November 1, 2024, the Bildungs ​​Bildungs ​​for Sustainable Development (SBNE) of the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf in the Kino Delphi Lux at the Zoologisches Garden train station will present the film "Radical-One Class". The film, which begins at 6 p.m., tells the captivating true story of a teacher who does not want to give up his students in Matamoros, Mexico, characterized by violence and neglect. Sergio Juarez, the new teacher, does everything possible to arouse the potential of his sixth graders and to show them a way out of the lack of perspective.

After the film screening, there is a public discussion with the teacher Sebastian Telschow, award winner of the German Teachers' Prize 2022, and the educational officer Yariela Badtke. The discussion is how to inspire children and what role educational institutions should play in order not to hang up anyone. The film can also be reserved for school classes in the school cinema.
