Samuel P. was charged with the Moabit criminal court as a suspected pimp. The public prosecutor accuses him of pimps, sexual abuse and forced prostitution. Together with his alleged accomplice T., he is said to have made a 13-year-old girl prostitute. They also pushed two 16-year-old girls to prostitution.

The two men managed an escort profile on the Internet on which the student was offered. They met agreements with the clients and each received half of the money that the injured party took for their services. At least ten appointments came about by the end of February 2021.

The two 16-year-olds also addressed prostitution as an opportunity to make a lot of money. Samuel P. brought her to the clients, took the money and moved on. Four appointments were made for the two girls. One of them rose due to psychological problems. In the process, two of the girls said that another witness had not appeared.

The police became aware of the two minors who should prostitute themselves on an internet portal. The girls could be identified. At the first interrogation, they reported everything very weakly and were in shock. The 13-year-old was identified later a year. Samuel P. was arrested at the end of May, his alleged accomplice T. was not found.

Samuel P. has learned no profession and lived with his mother. He admitted to having known that the girls were minors. He described himself as an immature person he had now completely distanced.

In the process, the process participants were informed. In the event of a confession, Samuel P. was given a punishment of a maximum of 16 months in prison for probation. In addition, he should pay the victims 1750 euros each. Due to his comprehensive confession, the arrest warrant was lifted against him.

The negotiation will continue on August 22nd.
