Gum Yoga: Trend for relaxation in everyday life - more happiness and well -being

Today, the 11th "World Happiness Day" is celebrated, an initiative of the United Nations that has been taking place every year since 2013. The day serves as a memory of putting happiness and well -being at the center of life. This year, Mars Wrigley has come together with Jennifer for a long time to introduce a new relaxation technology called "Gum Yoga". With this method, small moments of relaxation should be easily integrated into everyday life in order to fill up and protect the feeling of happiness.

In everyday life we often face obstacles such as working stress, conflicts with friends or the constant agitation. These situations can cause microstress, small stress moments that can occur at any time. Although they may seem insignificant at first, these small moments of stress can accumulate and impair general well -being.

According to a survey, 92% of Germans experience microstress stress at least once a week and 83% once a day. This microstress is particularly common in the workplace. It takes about 20 minutes to recover from such a stress moment. Meditation is a popular method for 24% of Germans to reduce stress, while 20% like to chew chewing gum in stressful situations. However, many have not yet found a suitable solution to relax.

gum yoga combines the popular relaxation techniques of meditating and chewing gum and offers an easy way to counteract microstress stress in everyday life and work. With yoga exercises and conscious chewing gums, small moments of joy and relaxation can be created in everyday life. Mars Wrigley and Jennifer Lange give some examples of gum yoga exercises that can be practiced anywhere and at any time.
