Cruel modernization: Pensioners fight for his home

The decision on the evacuation is expected to be made in the coming week.

However, there is hope that a member of the Bundestag, Canan Bayram from the Greens, could convey between the investor and the tenant. The future of Manfred Moslehner remains uncertain for the time being, and the decision about his fate is in the hands of the judge.
