Der dritte Personalbericht des Bezirksamts Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf zeigt sowohl positive Entwicklungen als auch Herausforderungen im Personalmanagement auf. Obwohl die finanzielle Lage schwierig ist und Ressourcen knapp sind, bleibt die Beschäftigtenzahl stabil. Besonders erfreulich ist der Anstieg der Frauen in Führungspositionen, was zu einer Geschlechterparität in den oberen Ebenen geführt hat. Ebenso ist das gestiegene Interesse von Nachwuchskräften, manifestiert durch einen signifikanten Anstieg der Bewerbungen, ein ermutigendes Zeichen.
