Mierendorffplatz, 10589 Berlin, Deutschland - On Thursday, June 26, 2025, the next neighborhood day of the Berlin city cleaning (BSR) will take place in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. From 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., the residents of the Mierendorffplatz can no longer dispose of furniture, carpets, mattresses and electrical appliances. This event will be organized in cooperation with the Bildungs ​​for Sustainable Development (SBNE) and the Kiezbüro Menterorffinsel (Dorfwerkstadt e.V.). The neighborhood day also offers an exchange market for well -preserved items and is therefore an excellent opportunity for residents to discover new treasures and to operate sustainably.

Participation in this neighborhood day is particularly interested in citizens who want to dispose of old and broken objects free of charge. On almost every Kieztag there is the possibility to swap or give away things that are no longer required such as board games, toys and small furniture. Well-preserved items that are not taken can find their place in the Re-Ferus cycle, for example in the still in the BSR.
