Shocking bus accident in Niederschöneweide: Pedestrians seriously injured!

Niederschöneweide, Deutschland - This morning a dramatic traffic accident occurred in Niederschöneweide! A 26-year-old pedestrian who was apparently strongly under the influence of alcohol and drugs was recorded by a BVG bus on line 165. The terrible incident happened around 5 a.m. in the fast road when the man suddenly tipped onto the street and crashed into the bus with full force. He hit his head on the curb and had to be taken to the hospital with serious head injuries. Fortunately, there is no danger to life!

The 54-year-old bus driver was visibly affected by the incident and received medical help at the scene of the accident. In order to record the accident and carry out the rescue measures, the road connection towards Brückenstraße had to be closed from 5 a.m. to short after 9 a.m. Line 165 bus traffic was also significantly affected. The investigation into this tragic accident is now continued by a specialist commissioner for traffic offenses.
