The 8th matchday of the Regionalliga Northeast was extremely successful for the Berlin and Brandenburg teams. On November 14, 2025, four clubs, including BFC Dynamo, VSG Altglienicke, SV Babelsberg 03 and FSV Luckenwalde, were able to celebrate a victory, while Hertha 03 Zehlendorf remains in search of the first points.
BFC Dynamo, who remained in 16th place in the table after a mixed start to the season, achieved an important 2-0 win against Greifswalder FC. In an initially goalless first half, Willi Reincke (74th minute) and Moritz Polte (77th minute) let the Berliners celebrate and secured the team three points, which led to the jump to 13th place in the table. This positive development could make it easier for the team to gain a foothold in the league after the last few games were rather disappointing, as the statistics on Footystats make clear.
More victories for the Berlin clubs
VSG Altglienicke also continued their successful season and won 1-0 against Meuselwitz. The taker of the decisive penalty was Jonas Nietfeld, who finished ice-cold in the 73rd minute. Altglienicke is now in a solid 4th place in the league and has therefore established itself in the top group. The team shows a consistent performance that gives fans hope for more.
SV Babelsberg 03 delivered another positive performance, winning 2-0 at FC Eilenburg. Luis Müller scored in the 19th minute and Timo Schmidt increased the score to 2-0 in the 57th minute, which secured the Babelsberg team 6th place in the table. Babelsberg shows that they are one of the stronger teams this season, coupled with a solid form, as the last five games show.
